Blue Run Log Viewer

A front-end viewing application for the *.lvrlog file format.
This allows users to open and inspect these files easily.
Adds icon overlay to *.lvrlog files and associates them with this application.
Multiple application instances are enabled.
You are also able to view files that are still actively being written to.
