EXE Deployment

The WebView2 X control works great for me in LabVIEW but when I try to use this in an exe it does not work. I've copied The core.dll, WinForms.dll, and WebView2Loader.dll to the exe directly/data and I cannot get this to work. I have ensured that the deployment computer has the webview runtime and .net framework runtime installed. Is there something else I need to do to make this work in an exe?
