VIPM - Not able to remove obsolete code from the VIPM list of packages to install

We have code that is not obsolete. I would like to remove it from the available packages to install. When I click on these packages It keeps telling me that I need to uninstall it from the LabVIEW version list in the error box. I tried reinstalling the package and removing it again but it seems that VIPM does not forget it was installed at one point. I never shows up int he installed package window but I cannot remove it from the list of available packages. I tried to add picture to show what I am talking about but it seems that is not allowed.
