EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) — First Deadline September 2026
If you sell LabVIEW-based software and systems in the EU, please be aware that new CRA regulations may require you to implement security vulnerability reporting starting September 11, 2026. The VIPM Team has prepared guides to help you understand how this applies to your software applications and published packages, since it's important you understand these regulatory requirements (click the Learn More link to read these guides). Thank you for your help in keeping security front-and-center within the LabVIEW community.

Description

SIMCA-Q for LabVIEW make use of the SIMCA-Q library to enable automated predictions in LabVIEW. Since Multivariate Data Analysis build empirical models based on historical data, a model has first to be created inside the off-line modelling tool SIMCA. The SIMCA-Q for LabVIEW interface can then do predictions through the model by applying new observations. The software will then transfer the calls into the validated product SIMCA-Q, which will in turn perform the actual mathematical calculations. For further information, please see the installed User Guide, or our web site (www.umetrics.com)

Release Notes
