Bug fix release

Bug fix:
#4109 : fix bug on retrieve resultset starting by empty data
#4110 : rename example resource file to respect NI Guidelines (no modification on toolkit behavior)

This release introduces the new name of the toolkit: GDataBase for MySQL.

New features:
* New functions added in main palette
- Use database
- Create and drop table

* New Advanced palette
- Former "low" functions for query and transaction management

* Revamped tool to connect MySQL server and display tables content
Bug fix:
* fix bug that prevent you to chain the call of 2 stored procedure
* fix bug that can cause a deadlock in rare case of error chaining
* fix bug on retrieve resultset starting by null data

This release is done to respect MySQL trademark usage.

Changes:
* Package name change from MySQLVIEW to SmartSQLVIEW for MySQL database
* Palette location change from SAPHIR to Connectivity

Enhancement:
* Remove unused VIs
* Add tips to tool controls
* Upgrade process unregister previous version correctly
