The Install Package VI now supports an "include recommended packages" input if NIPM 19.5 or later is installed.
The "Get Package Attributes" and "Get Package Attributes (All Versions)" VIs now check for package attribute data in installed packages (in addition to checking packages in registered feeds).

Added new List Feeds Containing Package VI, Upgrade Package VI, and Check if Package is Upgradable VI.
Install Package VI and Uninstall Package VI now run successfully with Windows admin rights if the current
user has admin rights.
Fixed bug for Get Package Available Versions VI, which now returns an array of available versions from highest to lowest version correctly.
Fixed bug for Set Package Attributes VI in the Set Multi-Line Package Attribute Value subVI (private). This VI now correctly formats multi-line attributes that has a non-alphabet character at the beginning of a line. Previously, this resulted in an incorrectly formated control file.
Modified the List Upgradable Packages VI so that this VI outputs a 2D string array (table) that now lists not only the upgradable package names but also the package versions to update to. Note: This is a breaking change because the data type changed from 1D array to 2D array.
