Description
Use C37.118 Frame APIs for PDC to implement a phasor data concentrator (PDC) application. Use the PDC application to parse data, configuration, and header frames, and build command frames to communicate with Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) or other PDCs, as defined in IEEE Std. C37.118.2-2011.
