NOTE: VIPM 2014 or later is required to install this package.

Made Palette naming consistent in its use of the MGI prefix.

Bugfixes for:
Filter Table Rows would not filter correctly an exact match for some strings
Parse Format String would not correctly report an error for every error case
Search Sorted would sometimes fail to find closest match if exact match was not found
Match String In Element would not always return -1 if string was not found
Match Element In String would not always return -1 if element was not found
