Description
This library provides a simple interface to read and write data stored in the Heirarchical Data Format (HDF), version 5. This is a multi-lingual cross-platform format permitting storage of data with descriptive meta-data in an object hierarchy within a single file. See http://www.hdfgroup.org/why_hdf/ for more information.
